These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gramshree Kisan Mandi mobile application and related services (the “Platform”), operated by Gramshree Agri Services Private Limited (“Gramshree”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), trading under the brand “Gramshree Kisan”. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
The Platform is an intermediary venue that lets users post and discover listings and requirements for agricultural produce, machinery, supplies, services, and related items. We are not a party to any transaction between users, do not own or inspect the items listed, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing or the ability of any user to complete a transaction.

Users contact each other through the Platform’s in-app chat. We do not expose your phone number to other users, and we do not provide direct call or WhatsApp buttons that reveal it. Your number is shared with another user only if you choose to share it yourself inside the chat — for example, while messaging a customer. The decision is entirely yours. Once you share your number with someone, you are responsible for that disclosure; share contact details only with people you trust.
All negotiations, payments, deliveries, and disputes are solely between the buyer and seller. We do not process payments for listings and are not responsible for any loss, damage, non-delivery, or dispute arising from user dealings. Exercise caution, verify the other party, and inspect goods before paying.
Basic use of the Platform is currently free. We may introduce fees or paid features in future; any such charges will be disclosed before you incur them.
We may review, edit, refuse, or remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with law — with or without notice.
The Platform, including its software, design, logos, and the “Gramshree Kisan” brand, is owned by or licensed to Gramshree Agri Services Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
The Platform integrates third-party services (for example, Truecaller and Google for sign-in, SMS providers, and maps). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gramshree and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from user-to-user transactions, content, or your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gramshree from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.
