Training And Capacity Building : SCOPE has ability to conduct integrated training needs assessments, design and deliver an informed and targeted training and capacity building program to address knowledge & capacity gaps in an institution for better service delivery.We have in house expertise for developing detailed training plan (training module, schedule and cost) and designing a monitoring framework with indicators and reporting mechanisms to review quality and for overall assessment of training strategy.
